No. This system is not designed to block or hide unhappy customers. Customers can share private feedback, and real customers also have the option to leave an honest public Google review.

After signing up, you will complete a short setup form with your business name, Google review link, logo if available, contact details, and the email address you want customers to see.

No call is required. The setup is handled by email and a short setup form. If anything is unclear, I’ll contact you by email before launching the system.

Most setups can be prepared within a few business days after you submit the required information. You will be able to review the page and follow-up emails before using the system with customers.

The $49/month plan includes your custom QR code, feedback page, Google review link button, two follow-up emails, basic monthly support, and a simple monthly activity summary.

Yes. You can cancel according to your plan terms. If there is a minimum term or launch offer requirement, it will be clearly stated before you sign up.

If you cancel, the system will stop being hosted and maintained. Your QR code, feedback page, follow-up emails, monthly support, and activity summary will no longer be active.
