You will complete a short setup form with your business name, logo if available, Google review link, contact details, and the email address you want to use for notifications and customer communication.

No call is required. Setup is handled through email and a short online form. Most systems are prepared within a few business days after all required information has been submitted. You can review the feedback page and email copy before launch.

The $49 monthly plan includes your custom QR code, branded customer feedback page, Google review access, customer concern email alerts, two scheduled follow-up emails, hosting, basic monthly updates, and email support.

Yes. You can cancel your monthly plan at any time. Your system will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period. After that, the hosted feedback page, follow-up emails, alerts, support, and activity reporting will be deactivated.

The QR code image itself will still exist, but it may no longer open an active feedback page after the service is deactivated.
